Ever since Dr. Michal Barszap, the company founder and President, started arranging tours for his own students to the former Soviet Union in the early 1970’s, his fame spread among the university and high school teachers. At the time when “Russia” was a scary word for many people, and when most travel agents would not dare to arrange such “exotic” programs, or did not know where to start, Dr. Barszap was a pioneer and did all arrangements himself. Eventually he started doing this for other professors and eventually this hobby evolved into a full-fledged business.
